Spectrum Customer Service for the MDU Customer

The building owner does not have to provide additional technical staff to address problems that any tenants may have.

In fact, the tenant has a more direct route to Spectrum Customer Care because instead of going to the normal Spectrum Customer Care department, the tenant would call into the Spectrum MDU Customer Care department, which is specifically setup to handle problems from any MDU customer, eliminating the typical 30-60+ minute wait for normal Spectrum customer service.
