Using the example of $50 per unit for Spectrum Internet & Spectrum TV, and the suggestion of the Owner adding $75 per unit for that service:

Each tenant saves $25 (or more) per month over the same thing they have today, or annually, they save $300 or more.

The Owner has a new revenue stream of $25 per unit, per month. With 100 units in the building, that is $2,500 extra revenue every month that was not realized previously, or $30,000 extra revenue annually.

In most markets, Spectrum will pay the Owner an “incentive figure” or “door fee” per door as a one-time “thanks” for joining this program. That figure is from $50 to $200 per door, depending on the market.
